User agreement

This Agreement defines terms of materials and services use by the User on the website http://alianceservice.com (hereinafter referred to as — “Site”).

1.General provisions

1.1. Use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by applicable legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. This Agreement is the public offer. Obtaining access to Site materials the User shall be considered such that acceded to the Agreement.

1.3. Site Administration has the right at any time to change terms and conditions of this Agreement unilaterally. Such changes shall come into force upon the expiration of 3 (three) days from the moment of placing the new version of Agreement on the website. If the User disagrees with made changes he/she shall be obliged to refuse from the access to the Site, stop using materials and services of the Site.

2. User’s obligations

2.1. The User shall agree not to conduct actions, which can be considered as such that violate Ukrainian legislation or rules of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyrights and/or related rights, as well as any other actions, which could result in or lead to Site and Site services malfunction.

2.2. Use of Site materials without the consent of right holders is prohibited. For legitimate use of the Site materials it is necessary to conclude license agreements (obtain licenses) from Right holders.

2.3. When citing Site materials, including protected works of authorship, active link to the Site is obligatory.

2.4. Comments and other records of the User on the Site should not contradict with the requirements of the Ukrainian legislation and universal moral principles.

2.5. The User is warned that the Site Administration shall not be liable for visiting and using external resource by the User, links to which can be present on the Site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be liable for and shall not be directly or indirectly obliged before the User due to any possible or occurred losses or damages, related to any Site content, registration of copyright and information about such registration, goods and services, available on or obtained through external websites and resources or other User’s contacts he/she came into, using information placed on the Site or link to external resources.

2.7. The User shall accept the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof can be accompanied by the advertisement. The User agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertisement.

3. Other provisions

3.1. All possible disputes, arising out of this Agreement or connected with it, shall be settled in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. Nothing in this Agreement can be understood as establishment of agency relations, partnership relations, cooperation, employment relations, or other relations between the User and Site Administration, which are not directly stipulated by this Agreement.

3.3. If a court recognizes any of the Agreement provisions as invalid or such that is not subject to enforcement shall not invalidate other Agreement provisions.

3.4. Omissions form the Site Administration in case of violation of the Agreement provisions by any User shall not deprive the Site Administration right to take actions later in order to protect its interests and copyright to Site materials protected by the law.

The User shall confirm that he has read and understood all clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
